VRS Site Calibration Issues

CORS network was used on a State Plane Coordinate System to establish control for a test site for a D3 Dozer Calibration.
Geoid 18 was loaded into the data collector to establish better vertical data.
3 Control Points were established, and a Project calibration was completed.
When setting a physical base on the set control point and staking out another control point the delta northing was approximately 7' and the delta easting was approximately 0.80' - Vertical and Horizontal accuracies were within .05 tolerance

What would cause such a discrepancy?

Possibly a datum mismatch between your local RTK base station and the VRS network. If you're applying the same site calibration to both your RTK and your VRS positions, then they need to be in the same datum.
Are you using the calibrated coordinates to set your base station position? Or the coordinates that were established before the site calibration?
