anyone else getting to a white screen after login

That happens to me occasionally (more frequently than it used to!), but usually clearing my browser cache and re-logging in fixes it.

Yes, every now and again. As Delton mentioned, clearing cache usually helps.

even after a cache clean this was still a problem on more than one device also different browsers 

Mine consistantly does this on Edge, Firefox and Chrome, hit F5, or the refresh button (they do the same thing) it loads up for me on refresh but not on the initial login.
