Happy Friday, TBC’ers! Did you know you can change the size of the pick aperture (the box appearing on certain cursors that shows the area in which applicable objects can be picked)? Well, if not, this week’s tip shows you exactly how to do that!
Follow the steps below to learn how to set the pick aperture.
- With your project open, select Options in the Quick Access Toolbar. The Options dialog displays.
- Under General, click Display if it is not already selected. Specify a value in the “Pick aperture pixels” box. Then press OK to apply your changes and close the dialog.

- The pick aperture is now slightly bigger than the default size (of 6 pixels).
