Purchasing, Pricing, and Migration
Where can I find detailed pricing information and purchase Trimble Connect’s Pro or Innovate subscriptions?
Pricing and purchase information for Trimble Connect’s new Pro and Innovate subscriptions are available on the Trimble Connect website.
I subscribe to Trimble Connect Business or Business Premium via the website. How do I transition to the new plans?
The migration process depends on your renewal date and settings.
-
If you have Auto-Renewal Enabled, your current plan remains active until your next renewal date in or after October 2025. At that time, your plan will automatically transition to the new plan defined below, and your subscription will renew at the new rate.
If you prefer not to transition to the new plan, turn off auto-renewal in AMP before your renewal date by going to Plan Settings > Edit Plan Settings > Manage Auto Renewal. This must be done a minimum of 30 days prior to your renewal date.
You will not be able to renew your current Business plan after October 2025. To continue using Trimble Connect without interruption, you must purchase a new subscription after your term expires.
-
If you do not have Auto-Renewal Enabled, your current subscription remains active until the end of your term in or after October 2025. After that, you must purchase one of the new Trimble Connect subscription plans to maintain access to the platform. >> Purchase a new plan.
You will not be able to renew your Business plan after September 2025.
How do I opt out of a new plan?
If you prefer not to transition to the new plan, turn off auto-renewal in AMP before your renewal date by going to Plan Settings > Edit Plan Settings > Manage Auto Renewal. This must be done a minimum of 30 days prior to your renewal date.
You will not be able to renew your current Business or Business Premium plan after October 2025. To continue using Trimble Connect without interruption, you must purchase a new subscription after your term expires.
Can I switch to a new plan before September?
If your current Trimble Connect subscription term ends before October 2025, you may switch to one of the new plans. To do so, you need to turn off your auto-renewal settings 30 days before the expiration of your current term, and then purchase a new subscription from the Trimble Connect website.
I need to purchase additional licenses. What should I purchase?
If you previously purchased your existing licenses on Trimble.com and need to purchase additional licenses for your account, you should purchase the new Pro and Innovate subscriptions. These subscriptions will continue to work alongside your current subscriptions.
If you purchased your existing licenses, direct via a Trimble rep or reseller, please contact them directly to purchase additional licenses.
Storage
What are the new storage limits?
The storage limits included with each license type are as follows:
How does pooled storage work?
The storage limits are defined at the license level but are aggregated and shared across your entire account. As a result, all users within your organization can collectively utilize the total storage allocated to your account.
Each Pro named user license adds 10 GB, and each Innovate named user license adds 20 GB to your account's total shared storage pool.
Calculation example:
If Company ABC has 12 Pro licenses and 5 Innovate licenses, their total account storage would be calculated as follows:
-
12 Pro licenses x 10 GB per license = 120 GB
-
5 Innovate licenses x 20 GB per license = 100 GB
-
Total account storage shared across all Company ABC users = 220 GB
Do Trimble Connect Business and Business Premium have a storage limit?
No. Trimble Connect Business and Business Premium subscriptions do not have a storage limit.
Account Management
Where do I manage by Trimble Connect Account?
The Pro and Innovate subscriptions are managed in Trimble’s Admin Console.
Business and Business Premium subscriptions purchased on Trimble.com will continue to be managed in the Account Management Portal (AMP) until October 2025. We will notify you in advance with details when this change occurs.
When is my Trimble Connect Account migrating to Admin Console?
If you purchased your Trimble Connect subscription online, your Trimble Connect subscription will be migrated to the new Trimble Admin Console for account and license management in October 2025. Admin Console will replace the current Account Management Portal (AMP) for managing your Trimble Connect licenses.
The migration will happen automatically over one of three weekends: October 4-5, October 11-12, and October 18-19, and all existing users, roles, and license assignments will be migrated. We will send a confirmation email once your account has been successfully migrated.
Please be aware of these limitations during the migration periods:
-
You will not be able to reassign licenses. This restriction begins the Friday prior to the migration date (October 3, 10, and 17th) at 6PM EST.
-
You will not be able to delete existing projects or create new projects in Trimble Connect.
-
These restrictions will be lifted once your migration is complete.
