Storage Limits Introduced With Pro and Innovate Plans

With the introduction of the new Pro and Innovate subscription plans on May 20, Trimble Connect is moving from unlimited storage to tiered storage limits per named user license. This change allows us to better manage increasing data volumes and offer pricing in accordance to your data usage needs.

Note: These storage limits do not apply to Business, Business Premium, Project, or Enterprise subscriptions.

Account-Level Aggregation

The storage limits are defined at the license level but are aggregated (pooled) and shared across your entire account. This means that all users within your organization can collectively utilize the total storage allocated to your account. 

The storage included with each license type is as follows:

• Pro: 10GB per named user license

• Innovate: 20GB per named user license

• In the future, additional storage can be purchased at the account-level as needed

Storage Calculation Example

For example, if your company has 12 Pro licenses and 5 Innovate licenses, your total account storage would be calculated as follows:

• 12 Pro licenses x 10 GB/license = 120 GB

• 5 Innovate licenses x 20 GB/license = 100 GB

• Total Account Storage = 220 GB

Additional Data Storage

We understand that your storage needs may evolve. Therefore, in the future, companies will have the option to purchase additional data storage in increments of 10 GB or 500 GB.
