Issue Description: Devices unable to remote access
Cause: Remote Access service seems to be down atm.
The team is looking into it.
Incident Update: 16 Feb 2023 10:05 AM GMT - A domain certificate renewal has caused this issue. It is now rectified. The remote access service is now up and running. Remote access functionality is working as expected.
