There was an issue with some services used to generate Reports and Exports in WorksOS becoming unresponsive to the UI.
Users would have noticed Reports and Exports in WorksOS would not have completed and 'hung' for hours. The Reports and Exports themselves were actually generated however the 'succesful' Report/Export would never have been returned to the user.
This issue was discovered on Monday 28th of February and resolved within the same day.
