WM Designs Deleting from Earthworks Machines
Incident Reported: 21 August
Background: A few Earthworks devices out in the field experienced synchronization issues causing design deletion from the machine.
Solution provided: As of 7.30 AM on 13th September, the issue is fixed and we are monitoring. The root cause of this issue is an API in TCC fetching heavy file content.
Siteworks Devices Crashing on Sync to WorksManager
Incident Reported: 10th September 8 AM UTC to 11th September 11:45 AM UTC
Background: This issue has occurred due to a TCC instance upscale to handle the Earthworks design deletion issue.
Solution provided: The changes are now reverted and the problem has been fully resolved as of 11:45 AM UTC on September 11th.
