Issue Description:
- Project map does not display devices
- Last reported, active design in project devices page do not load
- Last reported, field software, status message in account devices do not load
Cause: There is an infrastructure/ database issue in the WorksManager service that processes live location/ status info. from field devices
The team is looking into it.
Incident Update: 09 Mar 2023 11:30 AM GMT : The underlying infra issue is resolved by the operations team, and the system is restored back to normal
