Status: Resolved
Incident Description: There have been intermittent failures with generating Machine Passes and VETA Exports out of WorksOS. They intermittently fail to generate consistently.
Cause: The issue was caused by some synchronization issues at the WorksOS back end that actually generated the exports successfully but failed to return the export file back to the WorksOS UI.
Workaround: As the issue was intermittent the workaround is that it did work periodically.
