  • WorksManager Sync Performance Update

    Dear WM users,

    To address the recent delays experienced with the WorksManager sync process we've implemented scalability improvements at the infrastructure level.

    Early monitoring suggests improved performance.

    We are continuing to closely track the system to ensure long-term stability and consistent performance.

  • Remote access - Service Disruption

    Status: Resolved

    Update: 11:00 AM UTC This issue is resolved and we are monitoring.

    We are observing an issue in remote assist status not displaying in the WM UI for clients . Our team is actively investigating the matter.

  • File Sync Delay on Devices

    Status: Resolved

    Update - 26th March, 08:00 UTC

    We identified and resolved an issue that was causing delays in files being received on devices. File transfers should now be working as expected. Our team has implemented the necessary fixes and will continue to monitor the system to ensure stability.

  • Update to Trimble Terra Office v2025.30 posted

    Hi All...

    Since releasing Terra Office 2025.30 a couple weeks ago, we internally found a couple bugs that have now been fixed (see list below). The installers available from trimble.com have been updated so affected customers should download and install the new version.

    Issues addressed in 2025.30.1862 (f3e3ba19):

    Terra Office add-in for ArcGIS Pro

    • Newly published templates set to "log position manually" instead of the previous "log position automatically" (workaround = fix & re-publish in Map Viewer)
    • Newly published templates for projects with real-time corrections do not use appropriate default position/vertex logging value - will use 10 instead of 1 (workaround = fix & re-publish in Map Viewer)
    • Real time correction settings that require in-field authentication and are saved to a Local project (.tfin) cause problems in TerraFlex

    Terra Office app

    • Real time correction settings that require in-field authentication and are saved to a Local project template (.tfproj) cause problems in TerraFlex
    • Project fails to export if form data references a field that has been archived in the latest version of the template

    For reference, the full version & build string for the original 2025.30 downloads of the two apps were 2025.30.1819 (4ae60581).
