I think I'm encountering a bug that many people encountered in this forum yet not well replied and resolved.
I exported an issue from Solibri to a BCF 2.0 file. The issue contained one snapshot, with a viewpoint (and section plan), and a selected object.
Then I uploaded the bcf to Trimble Connect which successfully converted it into a To-Do.
However, the snapshot, viewpoint and the selected object are missing in the To-Do.
Note that the IFC file on both Solibri and Trimble Connect are exactly the same, since I've setup Trimble Connect Sync so that both Solibri and Trimble Connect always read the same IFC file.
The missing snapshot, viewpoint and selected object also happened when
- I exported from Solibri to BCF 1.0 file or
- I imported via Solibri Live Connection to Trimble Connect
- i exported a BCF file from Archicad.
So it must be a bug on Trimble Connect side.
Anyone has any idea?
