 Trimble XR10 won't let me sign into Trimble Connect

I've been trying to access the Trimble Connect app, but the XR10 continually rejects any sign-in attempt, saying that the device does not have an internet connection. This is blatantly false, the unit has been connected to the wifi network every time I attempted to sign in. I made sure the app was fully updated and have tried to access it on several different secure networks, nothing has worked. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Cortlandt, 
Could you please clarify if you are attempting to login to Trimble Connect for HoloLens app directly or through the "HoloLens companion" from the Connect for Mobile app?  If you are trying to login from Trimble Connect for Mobile, could you please confirm if its the Android version or the iOS?
