 R1 TerraFlex Setup in Australia

I am using an R1 for the first time after buying it about 4 years ago. It is running on 5.03 Firmware. I have downloaded the TerraFlex App and created a project but I can't see the project on my phone app. The Help Portal says "If you can't see your project listed after it has been created, make sure you have selected the correct Project Server Location." The only options for the Project Server Location is America, Europe and Asia. I am in Australia. I chose Asia and this hasn't solved the issue.

Please help. Basically, I just want to use the R1. Doesn't matter what app, whatever works.

Hi Baqir,
Could you please let us know which app was used for project creation - was it Trimble Connect for Browser or Terraflex?
If it was Trimble Connect for Browser , could you please let us know which region was selected during the project creation?

Trimble Connect for Browser. I selected Asia since australia was not there.
