 Select and zoom objects using API

Hello,


There is any possibility to select (by identifier)/zoom objects in TrimbleConnect 3D view using API calls or .NET SDK package?

Hi Alexandra,

Yes, this is possible using the Trimble Connect for Browser 3D viewer Workspace API. Please check the API documentation and example app in https://3d.connect.trimble.com/docs/api/index.html

Also Connect for Windows applications TCD API has this feature. Please refer to the API documentation in the local installation folder in your hard drive.

Hi Alexandra,

Were you able to figure out how to select objects in the viewer using the workspace api? 

I have an array of external object ids and runtime ids but can't find the method to select those objects in viewer using the API.
