Catalyst On Demand in TerraFlex

    Hello,

     

    We use TerraFlex for capturing our points. We recently subscribed to Catalyst On Demand. When going into settings in TerraFlex to select Catalyst On Demand from the subscription setting, it just shows Catalyst Free and does not even give us the option of changing to Catalyst On Demand or to start using hours. How does one do this?

    Hi Stephen

     

    For OnDemand you need to use the Trimble Mobile Manager (TMM) app to start your (1hour) session

    1. Open Trimble Mobile Manager
    2. Start the (xhour) session - note you DO NOT connect to GNSS in TMM
        

    3. Once the session has started switch back to or open the Terraflex app
    4. Go to SETTINGS and the Catalyst Subscription Information should have refreshed to reflected the active OnDemand subscription
    5. Otherwise you can use the Refresh Subscription Information button in the expanded menu to force the refresh
