STEP-file upload is stuck at 'yet to start processing'

    In a certain project, we are unable to upload STEP-files normally.

    After waiting for 20+ minutes, a 4MB file was still stuck at 'yet to start processing'.

     

    Normally, a complete upload takes around 2 minutes.
