Can't see the Project In trimble Connect HoloLens 2nd gen

    I'm able to log into Trimble Connect, but when I try to bring the sample project in, it says, "3d model being prepared for viewing in hololens, please try again later." I'm not able to Launch or download the project. How do I fix this or get around it?
