App crash

    Hello I have problems to login since two weeks with the app. 
    App crash without messages, I can connect with browser without problems

    Any idea or trick?

    In the event viewer I can see "Unhandled exception: Trimble.Identity.AuthenticationRequiresOnlineException: Generata eccezione di tipo 'Trimble.Identity.AuthenticationRequiresOnlineException'.
    in Trimble.Identity.AuthenticationContext.<AcquireTokenCommonAsync>d__38.MoveNext()"

    It seems an authentication problem on the server.

    Hello Andrea,

    The Connect for Windows 1.12.1.329 release introduced a change, due to which the application version requires the ability to use the ping command in your network.

    The specific error message indicates that the ping command is failing. This is typically because your local firewall blocks the ICMP network protocol which the ping command needs. 

    The solution is to configure your firewall to allow outgoing ICMP traffic from the local network to "id.trimble.com".
