Trimble Penmap

Need by local cadastral survey law to log RAW Data and present this file attached to our boundary surveys for official review process.   Any idea when ??

It would be great if you could give us more information about your requirement. There are different receivers in the market, all working in different ways.

• Which receivers should be supported?
• Which file type for raw data do you need to attach to your boundary data?
• Which country do you need it for?

Thanks for your response.   

1.-   All Trimble Geospatial (survey and mapping grade) receivers raw data logging should be supported.   Any other brands that use TDS RAW data file format standard could be supported but as a second priority.

2.-   TDS Raw Data file format is needed to be attached or an improved version that supports full GNSS.

3.-   Dominican Republic demands by its cadastral law that all boundary surveys must log raw data and present its file for reviewal for each case.    We have more than 2,600 local land surveyors working boundary surveys.

many thanks for your response. Postprocessing is very interesting for us. A short-term implementation is currently not planned. But I like to pass the information on to product management.

Thank you for your feedback. The majority of clients in the States require raw data to be included in their deliverable as well for many reasons. This is a priority for us.
