    For my team the ToDo function is one of the most important features, so we decided to stop working with Trimble Connect in 2017.  Today I updated to the recent version of the Trimble connect extension for SketchUp 2018 and I am surprised that this problem isnt fixed already.  

     

    As long as I do not capture a view for a ToDo everyting is working fine. But when I try to create a ToDo with a captured view I dont get the info that it was successfully published. Nevertheless, I get an email notification and the ToDo is listed in the web version of Trimble Connect - but without the captured view.

     

    Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

    Thank you so much for reporting this issue. This is a known issue and we have submitted ticket to our development team to review and resolve it in near future. We will keep you posted here once again when the issue is resolved and/or if there is any workaround we can provide in the meantime.

    I have submitted a bug to the developers of SketchUp, as well...

    hope this gets some attention.
