Why Trimble Connect web : Unable to load projects

    Trimble connect on the web writes me: Can not load projects.
    On the PC of work I see all the projects on a Mac via Safari no.
    I only see North America and not Europe projects.

    Could you please capture screenshots for us if the error still persists?

    Thanks for providing us the screenshots. Would this issue still persists if you try logout and log back into Trimble Connect again? and what browser are you using?

    I use the Safari browser, but I've also tried using Firefox with no improvement.
