There seems to be a bug in the dgn import/reference module.
I've got a step file, which needs to be moved and scaled due to a bit strange units from the provider. Anyway, I managed to import it into Bentley OpenBuildingsdesigner, and did the necessary adjustments.
Importing the dgn file to Trimble Connect however leads to a bit unexpected results. Some parts of the model er not rotated, others are.
Afterwards I did a dwg export, and here the results look good (yellow model).
