Trimble connect online viewer broken?

    Hello,

    Since the last update, I am unable to open any IFC file using the web viewer.

    I deleted all the cookies, tried on different computers and different projects, it loads for 1/2 second and then, white page.....

    Please help,

    Same problem here!

    Last week it worked fine so i don't think it has anything to do with the update.

    Online viewer is still not working (using Chrome browser).

    Hi, sorry to hear about this issue. Unfortunately we have experienced some issues with the Chrome browser cache not updating correctly. Please try one of the following:

    1. Do a hard refresh for Chrome by holding down Control and clicking the Reload button (alternatively: hold down Ctrl and press F5). If this does not help, proceed to next step.
    2. Clear the Chrome browser cache by typing "chrome://settings/siteData" in the address bar and removing 3d.connect.trimble.com related site data from the list.
