Two subjects:
-The first is to be able to manage metadata, project by project.
Companies certainly have similar procedures between projects, but projects may also require specific properties.

-The second subject is to limit access to certain properties to certain people (Full access / Read only / No access). Again, project-by-project management, because the teams and users are different for each project.
