NO FILES SHOWING TO NEW USER

    I have created a folder & added files. I sent an invitation to my client & he went thru' the process to create an account & activate. He clicked onto Asia, but he can't see any files. He is using Chrome on Windows laptop.

    I would have thought once activated, the link would have put him directly into the folder he is assigned to. I have not set up any permissions..

    He STATUS is still showing as 'pending' in PROJECT MEMBERS.

    Why not ?

    Hi Allan, 

     

    Apologies for the trouble.

    Would you mind confirming the following:

    1. Is the user not able to see the project or if the user can see the project but there are no files inside of it?
    2. Is the user able to access the project when clicking the View project button from the invitation email (this would have been sent out when you first added them to the project)

    We just made a hotfix to the app. can you ask your client to test again to see if the issue is resolved now?
