We are using a Trimble Connect Free (although, we all believe we have a business version through the purchase of SysQue and several TRS) and are receiving "Storage Limit Reached" errors when trying to upload new files. We delete items as we move through projects and are currently using only 2.7 GB of storage. Is there a recycle bin that must be emptied that is taking up space we are not seeing? Is the 10 GB limit a lifetime limit? We only use the browser version of Trimble Connect, so could it be something that requires a desktop app to remedy? Even though we are working on sorting out of business version with unlimited projects and data, I would like to know how to proceed with the free version and move past this problem prior to upgrading and for my own personal use with Trimble Connect Free.
