    When using Trimble Catalyst, the DA1 power supply automatically shuts off. I am unable to get RTX satellite correction as the data being downloaded is interrupted leaving an autonomous location with no fix corrections being applied. Battery Optimization was turned off for both TMM and Trimble Catalyst service.Both applications were updated. 

     

    The end user is intending to use Esri Collector in offline mode and no RTX fix is being done there either.

    Hi Keyon,

    If I am correct that this is related to the support case submitted, providing power to the DA1 antenna from the external battery before plugging the DA1 into the mobile device resolved this issue on the latest TMM and Catalyst Service versions and you are now receiving RTX satellite corrections successfully. Can you confirm?

    Hi Lane, 

     

    this is correct we had to ensure that the battery was automatically powered on before plugging into the mobile device. We are now able to receive RTX Satellite Corrections.
