Free WMS for TSC7

  • 1.  Free WMS for TSC7

    I am a surveyor working in Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. I've been looking for a free WMS service to use in my TSC7, but the services I have found are not using the EPSG that matches up with NAD83 zone I am in. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    The only service anyone recommended was http://gis.arkansas.gov/arcgis/services/ImageServices/High_Resolution_Composite/ImageServer/WMSServer? but it doesn't work with NAD83.

    This is getting frustrating. I can't get any WMS to work using any coordinate systems I choose. Recently I accessed a FEMA WMS https://hazards.fema.gov/nfhl/services/KMZ/KMZ/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS

    The Layers are listed in the data collector, but nothing is displayed. To put data in the correct place I converted known coordinates state plane coordinates to WGS zone 15N. Still nothing displays on the TSC7.
