 Trimble Connect Will Not Open?

I have installed Trimble Connect on my PC it has:

Windows 10 Pro
Version 20H2
OS build 19042.804
Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0

When I try to open Connect, it will not start up, I am assuming it is potentially some sort of driver or graphics card issue that is preventing it from starting up.

Can anyone please help.

Same here with Trimble Connect. If only there was an application that works. I would name it Tekla BIMsight.

Tekla Structures won't open now either. Tried uninstalling Trimble Connect and all of its plugins. Restarted five times. Still not working.

Edit: I had to uninstall all BimSight, BimSight plugins and everthing related to Trimble Connect and everything that installed itself on the same day. Then reinstalled and things started working again.

I turned my PC off for the weekend and when I turned it back on everything was working.
I have no idea what had happened but it’s OK for now.

Hi Stan,

We have identified the issue. In some cases the Microsoft VC++ redistributable libraries do not install properly.
In this case user needs to uninstall this library from the Add and Remove software list.
Then user needs to download and install this library again.

Marko is correct. C++ was the last thing I uninstalled and then installed Trimble Connect again.
