 1_12_2_333 installer does not respond to /S /v /qn install switch

Hi all,

We need to put the new update ready for our users but the latest exe does not seem to respond to the install switches.

With previous releases we could just put the package up with "TrimbleConnectSetup-1.12.2.333-x64.exe" /S  and it would be enough for the silent install.

Now however it doesn't work.

Even if i try to launch it from an elevated command prompt, /S or /S /v /qn will still give me the installer pop up.

I tried the older procedure to get the MSI out of the installer, but same for the MSI; it doesn't work with /quiet switch in prompt.

We use Desktop Central as a central package manager for installs, but as mentioned even local command prompt doesn't work.

Anyone else has had issues with this?

Hi Dries,

Please try to use this command:
"TrimbleConnectSetup-1.12.2.333-x64.exe" /s /v/qn

Note, that there cannot be space after /v
