Hi All,
When viewing models in the web viewer, some users have the option to 'Download' from the menu activated by clicking the three dots adjacent to the model (see 1st snapshot below) whilst others don't see that option (see 2nd snapshot below), even a project admin. The behaviour doesn't appear to be consistent (we have tried different permissions etc). Further, users that don't see the Download option here may see it as an option when selecting the model file through the Trimble Connect web explorer (i.e. permission doesn't seem consistent).
Could anyone advise on what is used to determine the visibility of this option?
