    What is going on here? Since about a week ago every design we publish takes forever to publish, if it ever publishes at all. The design shows as "in progress" for about 10 minutes, then switches to "delays in publishing", and then finally just errors out and doesn't publish at all. I'm having to sit and refresh the page every 2 minutes to make sure my designs get published. Right now I'm unable to get anything to publish and it's frustrating the hell out of me and my field crews.

    Second that!!!!
    It's ridiculous that I have to tell people that I call them back later because it takes 10 minutes before the data, that I just dragged and dropped, is showing up on the server?
    A simple 2MB DWG for Siteworks, no conversion necessary, it's simply creating the folder and pasting the uploaded file, would be done in seconds when I do it manually with the TCC Explorer. What's again the benefit of using Waitmanager? 

    On Trimble Connect I can synch the moment the upload is finished.

    I will third that, with a ditto!!!  Get it right Trimble, your really crippling your product with WorksManager.  You want us all to market and sell a "Connected Job Site", but your "Connected" back end is a friggin' boat anchor!

    We have the same issues and its very frustrating.  We'll publish designs and won't see it show up in TCCexplorer for some time.  This service, in my opinion, should work like Dropbox or Google Drive where files show up on multiple devices almost instantly.  It's quite frustrating to be paying thousands of dollars (in our case tens of thousands of dollars) for a service that works so poorly.  Hopefully its temporary and gets fixed soon.  I have confidence in the Trimble team.
