    Hi All,

    On September 1st, 2021 the old version of Trimble Identity was shutdown. Users of applications which utilize Trimble Identity should ensure they have updated to the latest version which supports the new Trimble Identity system. Users who are not using the latest version will start to experience sign-in and data synchronization issues from this date. The solution for these users is to update to the latest versions which are summarized below.

    Trimble Positions Desktop add-in:
    Trimble Positions Desktop add-in v10.8.1.3 - Download Link
    Trimble TerraFlex Desktop add-in v5.4 - Download Link

    Trimble TerraFlex
    Trimble TerraFlex for Android v5.4 - Available from Google Play
    Trimble TerraFlex for iOS v5.4 - Available from the Apple App Store
    Trimble TerraFlex for Windows v5.4 - Download Link
    Trimble TerraFlex for Windows Embedded Handheld v4.4 - Note: There is no updated version available for WEHH devices. Users of these devices must follow an account federation process documented in the Support Note available here to continue to use TerraFlex on WEHH devices after the 1st September.

    Trimble Mobile Manager for Android v2.8.1 - Available from Google Play
