Can't export data

    I created a project in the field and picked up five points. Each point was recorded at the time and on leaving the site, I uploaded the file. On returning to the office I used Penmap Project Manager to download the file - it would not do so.

    Now Penmap won't open the project on the tablet either and I have no way to access the information - help! The only thing I can do is to download the .pdt file (attached). Any help in recovering the data and why this occurred would be much appreciated.

    Hi Steve, we will have a look to the project file and checkout if we can find the issue.

    Hi Steve,

     

    We have checked the project but were not able to repair or extract the information.

    Do you know what happend or at which process something did go wrong?

    Maybe you can send us your diagnostics so we can check and avoid such a issue in the future.
