im getting the same issue.. no registration email after hours so tired the password reset, still nothing.

We are still experiencing this issue too. It makes it difficult to sign up users and get them trained in the limited amount of time we have on-site. Hope it's resolved soon.

Same issue. There must be a recurring issue with you email system.
We are sorry to hear that you had experience this issue. For new users whom being invited to join the project, users is required to complete sign up new account form through this link Create new Trimble ID before logging into Trimble Connect.
The account activation emails will send out after users clicking "Create new account". I would recommended you review all inboxes (including junk/spam folders) and have IT team verify that emails from "@trimblepaas.com" are not being blocked. If the issue still persists after try the above, please contact connect-support@trimble.com so that we can investigate further on the cause of this issue.
I'm experiencing the same problem. I gave first name, last name, email, password, I succeeded with "Im not a robot" but received nothing.
Could you please check all inboxes (including junk / spam folder) or search email subject "Trimble Account Creation Notification" ? If no email arrived within short time frame then I would recommend you submit ticket in to our support channel connect-support@trimble.com and we will help further assists in this case.
Still nothing. I'm going to submit ticket.
Give up on Trimble. They can't even get simple email notifications right.
