The rear camera will not store pictures. The front camera works fine and the video on the rear works but when trying to take a picture it produces an error code
Mine does exactly the same thing. Rear camera error with an error code. Persists even when rebooting completely, and with nothing hooked up.
Mine does same thing too. Rear camera error, front camera always works. Rear camera used to work briefly after the reboot, but that is not the case now.
I would load the latest OS GB25T for the TSC7 along with all latest windows updates. Take it to your local SITECH dealer and they should do that no problem.
I uninstalled the front and rear cameras, including drivers and restarted Windows. It reinstalled the drivers and now works fine!
