I'm so sorry I subscribed to Sketchup Shop.

Even though I paid for a year's subscription, I still find the 2017 free version easier to use. I can load and work on models that are stored on my desktop. I've never been able to find 3D Warehouse for downloads in the online Shop version. I don't see how an skp file on my hard drive can be loaded in the online version. All the changes just seem to complicate using the program at all. I'm still searching for a CAD that is affordable and usable. When asked, I cannot recommend Sketchup Shop. I wish I would have done more research before I paid for the subscription. I foolishly thought it would be like the 2017 version.

I too paid the $119 and can't even get the app to download. I used Pro for years as a designer. I'm now retired and have a small personal project I want to model and I have wasted $119. The help tickets never answer, the forum wont acceot my log in even though I am already logged in and can get account information. My account information page shows that my account is paid and active, but no product is available. I'm quite pissed off. All these guys want to do is sell Pro and and associated apps.

SketchUp Shop is our web-only SketchUp subscription. Shop delivers the core of SketchUp’s 3D modeling and saves your files to Trimble Connect (our cloud service). If you are unfamiliar with SketchUp Shop, it’s a web-based product like SketchUp Free, but with advanced features, such as DWG import/export.

However, Shop does not include a few things that the SketchUp Pro subscription includes, such as:
    - A downloadable desktop version of SketchUp
    - Access to Layout and Style Builder
    - Extension/plugin use
    - More importing/exporting capabilities (see this link for details: https://help.sketchup.com/en/sketchup/using-sketchup-data-other-modeling-programs-or-tools)

Also, Shop files cannot exceed 100MB, and Shop requires a strong, constant internet connection.

You can see more details at https://help.sketchup.com/en/sketchup-web/whats-included-sketchup-shop
