How do you set up vertex averaging?

  • 1.  How do you set up vertex averaging?

    In ArcPad we used to be able to set up occupation times for collecting a point/vertex. Is there a way in this software solution to set up a point to collect or average multiple points for a vertex/point? For example, collect a GPS point every second for 30 seconds.
