iPhone not working

  • 1.  iPhone not working

    I did have T/C up and working on my iPhone but now all that comes up is the Blue Screen and the Emblem. I have deleted the App and reloaded it but still it is not working I have it working Ok on my Lap top.

    Obviously I am new to this do you have any ideas

    Every time I open up the app on my computer it says that the server is not available and I need to use the off line mode

    Any advice would be helpful
