Why does my Tekla account not include model sharing?

    I am trying to share a model made in Tekla Structures on the cloud using Trimble connect, for some reason when I try to start sharing it says I haven't got a license to do so. I have a different email now to what it was when I first signed up to a Tekla account. I wondered if this was the issue. If so can I change it? If this is not the case then what could be the issue?

    Hello,
    If I understand correctly, you have a Trimble Connect free account with an email_A and a Tekla Online Service account with an email_B.
    If you subscribed to Tekla Structures in 2020, then you have a TC business license with email_B.
    So two solutions are available to you:
    1) Work with the email account B.
    Or
    2) Add email_A in your organization on the Tekla Online Service https://account.tekla.com/account/
