    What do you mean by compatible?

    I believe that SketchUp Classic (desktop) has had a "Save to Connect" option since at least version 2018. SketchUp on the web is always integrated with Connect.

    SketchUp 2021 files fails to load and view in the viewer.

    Hi Jack, 

    Connect currently supports 2020 and below. The current workaround is down-save for now to 2020 ( File > Save As... ) and then upload directly from within Trimble Connect.
