User can't access to a view (ToDo)

    Hi,

     

    I'm admin of a project and one of the users can't access to a view in a ToDo. When she clicks on the view a message appears on the top of the window: "Please contact Admin for access"

     

    I've searched on settings and I don't see any configuration that could cause this.

     

    I will muchly appreciate your help on this issue.

    Hi Adriana,

    Can you please check if the View has been "Shared with" the user. You can do so by going to the Views tab and checking the View details in right panel. If the view is not shared, please share it with the user. 

    This should solve the problem.

    Yes I solved it that way, but It would be better If the image could be shared automatically when you make the ToDo, because I have to make an additional procedure now, I hope you improve this feature.

    Sure Adriana, noted. We will assess it. There are use cases around it - that may raise security concern for some of other users. We will assess and make changes if necessary.
