There is a problem when I upload a IFC model from the desktop app, the name appears in red and I can't visualize the model. It only happens on a especific computer. What could be the reason?

I am having this same issue. I can open the same .ifc file in the Tekla BIMsight so I know the file is not corrupted. With Tekla BIMsight being replaced with Trimble Connect, I hope this issue will be addressed and fixed soon.
