How to access Trimble Connect as a Tekla Structures maintenance or subscription customer

    We have Tekla Structures maintenance 2020.

    There is no other option for Trimble Connect  at Tekla Online Admin tool.

    Please advise how to set up our Trimble Connect license.

    You need a valid license to use Trimble Connector after your first trial project. Please contact your local Tekla reseller for more information.

    Hi, 

     

    Log in to your Tekla Structures with the same account as for Trimble Connect and make sure you have added this user to the Tekla Online Admin Tool.

    You must be under a 2020 maintenance agreement to have a Trimble Connect Business license, which appears to be the case in your capture.
    Also make sure that the Trimble Connect option is checked as in my capture (last column).
    If the problem persists it is because there is a problem with your account (email) which remains in "personal", then I invite you to contact your Tekla reseller directly.
