How can I save changes that I made in an ifczip model?

Hello Laura,

thank you for your prompt response. 

I have received the TEKAL model (in ifczip format) file of a steel structure from the fabricator. In order to monitor the fabrication process I have changed the colors of the elements that have already fabricated and are ready for shipment. I don't know how to keep the changes I have made and because of that I can't share the file with my collogues and supervisors, therefore I just take screenshots and share these files.

The color changes can be saved in two ways:

1. Use of the Status Sharing Tool (this requires a Business Premium license) - please see this video on how it works: Workflow Tools: Status Sharing Monday Minutes - YouTube 
2. Creation of Views in the Browser, Windows or Mobile applications. 

   1. When creating a View, the 3D view and its content is saved. This includes the following:

      • Camera angle and zooming
      • Color and transparency changes
      • Object visibility changes
      • Measurements
      • Markups
      • Clip planes
      • Grid visibility
      • Clashes visibility
      • Ghost mode
      • Orthogonal/Perspective mode

Create a View in the Browser 3D Viewer:

During the View creation on the Browser's 3D viewer you can share it with other project members. 

To update the view:
