Trimble connect desktop and trimble connect web!!! Oops

    Hi all,

    I am in trouble, the model in the "trimble connect web" connection has coordinates that do not match in "trimble connect web". Help me plz~

    Hi Tuan,

    From the screenshot it appears that the comparison is being done between Web and Desktop clients of Trimble Connect. Please correct me if I am wrong on this. 

     

    So the difference appears to be between the Web and Desktop - in the view angle on loading the model of the first time . Is this correct? or is there some other issue?  

     

    Also can you please share the model and project details with our support team - connect-support@trimble.com . so that we can investigate on this.
