can't add user to our company to trimble connect

    Support has been trying to assist me in being able to add a user to our company on Trimble Connect with no success for the last month.  CAN THIS BE ESCALATED AND RESOLVED !!! This is ridiculous that this issue drags on this long.....  error attached

    I have replied to you on the ticket and a work item has been created with the Engg team for further resolution.

    Engineering team has made a fix for your issue. Please check if you can now add users.

    It is working now.  I added my new guy this morning.

    Same thing here. Have waited 2 months for this to get resolved. Now they're telling me that I can't add team members unless everyone has a business license. This is ridiculous. Why would I even want to be a part of this? I updated my account to receive "Unlimited Everything", (mainly to add more project members) as it is advertised on your site, and now they're telling me I don't get updated anything. If this doesn't get worked out soon, I'm cancelling my license.
