Problem with the cloud mark tool

    Hello, 

     

    After several uses in the same project, it appears to be impossible to use the « cloud mark» tool to annotate a view. The tool doesn’t recognyze any face of object as a plan to draw the cloud. This problem doesn’t exist with the pen tool or any other annotation tools. Today the solution is to start again the trimble desktop software to use the « cloud mark » tool again

     

    It's quite annoying...

    Is it related to TC web or Desktop application? Also, let me know if it's related to 2D or 3D view?

    The problem is on Desktop in a 3D view. Its the same problem as Florent Loubie you can see his mail of 9/19/2019

    Hi Julien,

     

    I am able to place the cloud markup without any issue.

    When you mouse hover the cursor to the object and see the square with cursor, press right-button (mouse click) to place the marker.

    Hello, 

    When i press left-button mouse its ok, but sometime dont kow why i cant do more markup. i must reload the program for can do new markup.

     

    I try your second solution with right button but don't do markup. see the video after.
