Trimble connect volume totals are wrong when coming from tekla structures. Doing the math on a calculator, the totals are off by half. 11,774 sq ft x 12 inch = 436 cubic not 210.
The volume is probably correct and its the area value that is throwing you off. Typically the area value is calculated from all faces of a shape, not just a single face.
